We can apply for finance and get a formal letter of pre-approval from the lender before you have found a property. This means your finance is ready to go when you do find the property of your dreams. When you have found the right property, we provide the details to the lender and organise the valuation.
VALUATION
& PROCESSING
The lender will assess your application and may ask for further information. If your loan amount is over 80% then your application will be sent to the Lenders Mortgage Insurer (LMI) for final assessment.
FORMAL
APPROVAL
When your loan is fully approved, loan documents are provided by the lender and we can assist you to read the agreements, sign where required and return them promptly. Ideal Financial Group Home loans will work with you and your solicitor or conveyancer until the property settles.
